Brian has worked in the Protective Coatings Industry for 31 years with The Sherwin Williams Company. His most recent 15 years has been spent in coatings and linings specifically for the water and wastewater industry. His current role is Market Manager for Water Infrastructure for the Eastern United States. He is a NACE Level III Coatings Inspector and a SSPC Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector.

The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the history of coatings and linings for concrete water and wastewater tanks.  We will then discuss the typical issues with these vessels as well as solutions for these typical problems including a better pathway forward in these harsh service environments.  The goal is to provide attendees with the information to provide the longest lifecycle possible for their assets making them better stewards of the taxpayer money.
